"Another parking fine at your hospital"

About: Trowbridge Community Hospital

I attended the hospital for a meeting, asked at reception for a parking pass and was told to enter my car registration into the computer, which I did. I have now received a fine of £85 for parking. What is going on is the computer not Woking or is this a scam? The hospital need to sort this out. Dr Nigel Watson, Chief Executive of Wessex Local Medical Committee.
