"Brilliant, kind and caring"

I took my 93 year old mother for an X Ray on her back (so relieved it could be done locally). She was treated with kindness and compassion, as well as being totally professional. They took into full account all her physical problems. She was the most important person in the world. By nature a negative person she is saying what a nice, kind person.
