"Many Thanks"

My appointment was for 1415 hours on 16 June, at exactly 1415 hours I was called in for an x-ray, and at approximately 1425 hours I was being seen by the consultant and their team. The courtesy shown by all the hospital staff was appreciated, and being well over retirement age it took me back to the days when this type of situation was the "norm". My grateful thanks to all concerned.
