"Great Experience"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Arrived at hospital 40 minutes early, had a cuppa and bacon butty (thanks to staff in main restaurant on 2nd floor- it was delicious). Went to Orthopaedics Outpatients with my teenage son for a follow up appointment, waited less than 5 minutes before being called to see the Consultant. He was examined, advice given for any further problems and then discharged. All staff from receptionists to consultant couldn't be faulted. Well done to all and many thanks.
