I would just like to say a big tbankyou to all the staff at this hospital for sorting out the mess my own private so called dentist left me in. Yes we were there very early i was lucky and got seen in the first group in the morning. Had assesment xrays and a follow up to discuss what was going to happen. I was extremley aprehensive after my bad experience with my dentist that removed one of my molar teeth leaving the full root in. i have had a week of pain and called so many dentist in Telford to help me to no a avail.and all the team at your dental hospital were frendly and reassuring throughout and now i am pain free. A real big thank you everyone. 5*

Your comments have been shared with the Primary Care Service (the walk-in service) and I know they will be pleased to read that you are now pain free. Arrangements for accessing the Primary Care Service at Birmingham Dental Hospital will be changing in the next few months to avoid the need for patients to wait for a ticket / appointment.
