My partner is in the hospital today, but no one is aware of any internet access. Maybe you should consider removing this from the services you claim to provide?

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the need to provide wireless access for patients and visitors in today’s mobile world and we are currently implementing a wireless solution to improve capacity and extend wifi coverage. The new patient and visitor wireless system will be available in September 2015. We would be grateful if you could let us know where you found the information saying that we already provide this service so we can amend that advice.
