arrived 20 minutes early for appointment. Receptionist greeted us and took appointment card. 5 minutes later called in and nurse advised could stay in wheelchair as would be more comfortable as my Mother has mobility problems. Tests explained and completed with new appointment before we left. Left hospital before our original appointment time. Thank you, friendly staff.
