"The dreaded Clinic 9!"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

We visit the eye clinic 9 quite regularly as my husband has vision problems due to diabetes. This clinic is always very busy and we do expect to be there for a while. Yesterday we were there longer than usual as it was decided my husband could have a cataract removed and so, rather than make another appointment for preop checks they did them there and then. All the staff in the clinic are pleasant, patient and efficient despite being under pressure from the large number of appointments. Special mention for the person who did the preop checks- a really lovely person who treats everyone so well.
