"2 night stay with operation"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

A complicated broken finger resulted in my stay in the RLI for 2 nights. Some of the staff were exceptional, sadly others were rude, obnoxious or disinterested. My observations of treatment of others was frankly appalling. The best thing that has happened recently is the car park has become pay as you stay and not pay for an hour and hope you get out on time!
