Visited A and E last night, had a wait but not excessive and was seen in a timely manner by Triage Nurse, Doctor, technician and Surgeon. All introduced themselves, friendly and reassuring.
Arranged to come back later for surgery in day care. Heather and Becky, 'my' nurses pre and post op very caring, professional and supportive. Home at lunchtime.
