Only new patients can be treated locally If you refuse, it's "ok" you declined treatment so we are not breaching our guidelines and may get round to treating you in 3-4 month's time My hospital is 3.3 miles away - 11 minutes by Car This is insane - The bus journey is 3xBuses and over 3 hours each way Taxi £95 each way Car Journey 38 miles - 1h 8 min off peak each way If you have someone take you they will be expected to wait around for 4-5 hours
