"There were problems!"

At first I was given an incorrect price which caused issues but that was kind of resolved. I was unable to contact people I needed to talk to. I went to spire because of the quick in and out.i was told I would be discharged at 10.00am..more like 6.00pm. The TV did not work in my room and was reported but remained unusable. Post op problems and you were advised to ring an emergency number. No one answered and I left a message but no one called back. When I did manage to speak to someone I was advised to visit my gp! Other than that the op went well.
