About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

(as the patient),

What I liked

On the advice of my GP, I was advised to ring 999, with symptons including high BP , and shoulder/chest pain. I was seen to immediately, was subjected to various tests, and interviewed by two doctors. I was very impressed by the efficient and reassuring way I was treated. Mercifully all was well and I was able to go home at lunch. Well done everyone, and many thanks to the team

What could be improved

Nothing I could see.

Sorry that it's taken a little over a week to respond to your comments, but it has just come through the system for our attention. Gremlins at work, no doubt. But despite the fact that your experience of the QEII emergency department was a few days ago, we're still pleased to see how well you were treated at the time. We'll make sure that we pass on your thanks to the team and in the meantime - for all the right reasons, of course - we hope you don't need to use our services again!
