"excellent patient experience"

My 80 year old Mum collapsed whilst waiting for her CT scan and was rushed to Resus. I am a retired NHS nurse of 34 years standing and was extremely impressed by the facilities, the care ,kindness and professionalism of all the professionals who treated Mum. Luckily Mum was fine. We were both very impressed with the care and respect she was afforded. It can be a very frightening place to be but the staff were amazing and made Mum feel like she was the most important person there even though they were really busy
