"They lost my notes further delaying my prodedure"

About: The Whittington Hospital

Before the day of the surgery I did not have any issues with the hospital. On the day of the procedure the staff lost my notes therefore delaying my surgery. Rather than being the first patient in the morning, I now have to wait til afternoon having not eaten or drank anything since last night or taken my diabetes medication. I am really not happy and will be making a formal complaint.
