"Liverpool dental hospital-abrupt triage staff"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

I went here this morning on the 15.6.15 as i have various tooth and mouth problems and wanted to see what help is available. I got called into triage and tried to explain to the nurse what my problems is, only for them to cut me off mid-sentance and they seemed to be very dismissive, which I thought was very rude and unprofessional. I was very stressed out at this point and had to seek another member of staff who fortunately allowed me to explain my situation and explain to me what treatment was available at the hospital. I would understand if I was being rushed if the hospital was busy but there was about 6 people in there. I would suggest your staff be more understanding and take more time to listen to people instead of rushing them and abruptly cutting them off when they are trying to explain the issue. Obviously not everyones situation is the same and some issues could be more complex then others. As a hospital I thought this would be understood by staff members.
