Still waiting for a diagnosis after 24 weeks.

As far as treatment is concerned it could be never

You are clearly unhappy with your experience of the QEII, about which we are sorry.

We are not sure about what you meant by the reference to the 18-week referral to treatment policy, but we suspect that it relates to more information being made available about individual consultant waiting times through the Choose and Book system. Information on the latter is not controlled by the Trust, but we are working to make sure that what is published by the national system about the Trust is a) up-to-date, b) accurate and c) where we have it, more information is provided such as that you mentioned in your comments.
