"too much time waiting"

I visited Doncaster A&E today (15 06 2015) with chest pains, I arrived at 11.15 and was promptly seen by a receptionist who then referred me to a nurse who after a few questions asked me to wait. The notice board stated that the wait would be 2 hours 21 minutes, at 14 30 I was admitted to a room and seen by a doctor who checked me over, a nurse then took blood pressure ECG and blood samples. At 1500 I was informed that the results would be made available in 45 minutes, at 1630 I decided that I had waited long enough I asked the receptionist when the results would be available , they could not help me so I left the hospital. How do I get the results of the blood test ECG etc?
