The booking of food is a great idea, but I suffer from IBS and the ingredients were not listed. I usually have porridge for breakfast and can't have milk. I asked if it had milk in and the person could not tell me. They did try calling the kitchen and got no reply. It would be useful to know what's in the food, eg milk, cream, peppers, spicy so you can make an informed decision. It was a bit Russian roulette for me. Food was mostly nice

Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you for these comments on our care and how it can be improved. I am really sorry that we didnt get this information to you during your stay. We should have done. The estates and facilities team are always willing to come and speak to pateints directly about special aspects relating to the menu or nutrition - it is disappointing to hear that you weren't given this opportunity. I am sorry that you were left with uncertainty and the concern over the implications of taking milk by mistake.
