Went to an Eye Clinic and waited almost two hours from time of appointment. Everyone who came after me was seen and I was the only one left in the whole clinic. Most of the doctors and even the nurses had gone for the lunch. No explanation, no apology even when I pointed out as a diabetic I wasn't feeling well and needed to eat quickly.
A student nurse tried to help and looked rather embarrassed. Doctors didn't appear to care.
