"vip treatment"

I have had quite a few operations at the Berks Independent and when given the choice to have another procedure shortly, without hesitation I chose the BI. I would recommend the BI to anyone who has a choice under the NHS. It is like being in a 5 star hotel (except that you are in the hospital to have treatment). The BI is very clean, the food is excellent and the staff are most caring and courteous. Although I am very nervous about going in I know I will be in good hands and will be well looked after. Why cannot all staff at NHS hospitals offer the care and courtesy to all patients? Having a few bad experiences in an NHS hospital, If not given the choice, I would consider going to the BI as a private patient. In summing up, what can I say but thank you and congratulations.
