"Outstanding care and support"

I cannot fault any of the care that I received at Hillingdon Maternity. All maternity staff from the midwives, health care support workers and doctors were supportive, showed outstanding care and performed their jobs to the highest level. From 31 weeks I had to visit Katherine ward regularly and all the staff were brilliant. They were never too busy to spend time explaining or answering questions. The staff are very cheerful, caring and did an amazing job taking care of me! Also all the staff on the labour ward were also fantastic. I had a very difficult labour but every member of staff that cared for me were outstanding. The calm, supportive and professional atmosphere created by the staff and the excellent teamwork is something for Hillingdon Hospital to be proud of. The facilities are also very good and the fact that partners can stay and are made to feel very welcome is also another outstanding aspect.
