Had to visit A &E at new year and it was so busy it was horrendous! Wasn't looking forward to my other appointment but the service I have received has been amazing. The doctors and nurses had been so kind and caring, professional ans informative. I really couldn't have gotten better service if I'd gone private (apart from quicker appointments) but as I'm not in pain I can cope with that. There was an amazing pair of nurses who made me feel comfortable and at ease while having some embarrassing investigations. Well done to them for giving fabulous service for the NHS.

Dear Di Sorry to hear A&E was so busy when you visited - the department was under extreme pressure at the beginning of this year. However, we are pleased to hear that the other services you have experienced since have been much better. We will pass your lovely comments onto our urology team and many thanks for posting them.
