"4 monthly visit as out patient"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

All staff were friendly and approachable. An other patient was concerned that she felt to be waiting a long time and staff were able to reassure her she had not been forgotten and was the next on a list to see a doctor. Waiting area was clean and tidy and quiet. Magazines etc if needed. When I saw my doctor they werevery good. The doctor explained what they would do and did that efficiently and with as little discomfort to me as possible. After the short procedure I asked them some questions about my condition and how it might progress. The doctor appreciated my concerns and was able to give me the information I needed.
