What I liked

id heard some horror stories regarding the lister but i have to say i have absolutely no complaints whatsoever,from my waiting time to procedure thru to care on the ward i found the staff,polite,professional,most had a sense of humour even after being on duty for 12 hours.i would not hesitate to recommend the lister.

What could be improved

the tea

Anything else?

if you treat the staff how you would like to be treated then your short or long stay would be more enjoyable,

Thank you for your comments, which are much appreciated.

We're not sure about these so-called horror stories either, because in the vast majority of cases our patients get the quality of care and support from our staff that you have described – day in, day out. That's not to say that everything we do is perfect, which is why where we can improve, we strive to do so.

So once again, thanks for your kind words - and we'll work on the tea!
