"staff were really nice and friendly"

i went to this hospital few times for my mom appointment . and i was really satisfied and happy coz all the staffs were to friendly, nice. i hav been to many hospital and the staff were so rude and some staff doesn't want to give answer when we asked the question. but i haven't found any staff like this in others hospital n GP'S. i asked many question n they explain so clearly without hesitation . and overall service was excellent....
