"Breast Care Clinic Appointment"

I visited the Breast Care Clinic on Monday 8th June 2015 and all the staff I had contact with including nurses, the sonographer and consultant were exceptionally friendly, caring and professional and I could not rate this department highly enough. All staff introduced themselves to me by name and took the time to clearly explain what all the procedures I was having involved and what the results meant in a straightforward and caring manner. I am currently pregnant and was referred by my Doctor after feeling changes and experiencing increasing discomfort and pain in only one breast. I was quite nervous about the appointment, however the manner in which I was treated from entering the door to leaving was conducted in a way that I was left feeling reassured, cared about and most importantly that my concerns were important. Thank you to all the staff in the Breast Care Clinic, you do a fantastic job and I'm sure many others along with myself are very grateful for your kindness and support.
