"Endoscopy suite"

The mediinet team carrying out the procedures in the endoscopy suite on Saturday 6th June, were I have to say the best team of clinical staff I have ever experienced in any hospital. They were efficient, personable, and highly attentive in every detail... It made the whole experience quite pleasurable rather than a complete dread!..and a first class service equal to any private hospital... Shame I can't say the same for the Darlington memorial clinical staff on duty that morning, they were as usual moaning quite loudly in earshot of all in the waiting area about their shifts, their rota, and their manager!.. without a care to whom may be listening, completely oblivious about the patients waiting for procedures!.. I felt actually sorry for the Receptionist having to put up with the ear bashing from them!....drafting in the medinet team to give excellent care is worth it, ..however there was a huge wastage on the money you paid for the existing member of staff to be on duty who delivered zero care!....if you see a black scrub suit and medinet logo..I'd say your on a winner with your hospital care!.. First class!
