"Simply the best Inpatient experience I have ever..."

About: Wharfedale Hospital

Arrived early this morning, was greeted by very helpful supportive staff who took the time to speak with me at length regarding my surgery and anaesthetic . I was seen by both the consultant and anaesthetist in a very prompt professional manner before and after my surgery. The ward was impeccably clean, organised and welcoming. We'll done to all the staff for being genuinely kind and caring..... You made me feel amazing :):)

I was very happy to read that you have had a positive experience whilst in our care, we pride ourselves on being able to provide the best care for our patients and it certainly seems that we were able to do this.

I have passed your kind words onto the matron and head of nursing for Wharfedale General Hospital and ask that they share these with their staff so that they too can know of the wonderful work that they are doing.
