"Review of Day Treatment Centre Hexham Hospital by..."

I attended the Day Treatment Centre 8th June for ankle surgery. I would like to thank the nurse for being so caring and making me feel more at ease they are an excellent nurse nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately not all staff made me feel at ease the anaesthetist needs to work on their people skills and also one of the other nurses both were very brusque. I would also like to praise the Staff Nurse from theatre they had a lovely manner when speaking to me and calmed me down. The consultant was also very nice and pleasant. My experience on the whole was excellent although marred by a couple of the staff. Thank you. Kelly
