"Horrendous"

I waited 6 months for an appointment to be moved back with being contacted, I was kindly seen and thought I was lucky until 6 weeks same happened again then I was discharged back to gp with a recommendation of medication and pain clinic referral - that was 22/2/15 as of 8/6/15 3.5 months later I get a letter from my January appointment with no help from gp to rectify other than contact hospital directly!! Now no-one answering the phone - still holding after 20 mins I have now been waiting since 21st January for medication to help allow me to stay in work
