Being someone who rarely has to use NHS services, I had to attend the Rouen Road Walk In Centre in June (for cleaning and dressing a head wound), and was impressed with the service given.
While there was a busy waiting room, I was seen and dealt with in less than an hour.
All of the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. They all deserve credit for the jobs they do
