What I liked
Most of the staff from the doctors to the cleaners were friendly and professional but there were 2 nurses who impressed me so much that I must thank them for their care and attention towards me. For me and many others to be admitted to a hospital can be a frightening experience . To have a friendly but professional nurse to be near you makes the experience much easier. If you have an award system at the hospital please consider these 2 nurses
What could be improved
Doctors to communicate better when changing shifts.and when having to move from one ward to another all the information should go with the patient. Would mean less work for the nurses to fill in forms.
Anything else?
Never saw porters nor cleaners washing their hands as they moved from one ward to another.Plenty of notices around the hospital reminding everyone. I cant say I enjoyed my stay at the hospital but I could see most of the staff were doing their best under pressure
