I arrived roughly around 10past quarter past 12 as I couldn't find the hospital and couldn't get in touch with the number you had provided to get directions - when I arrived the building felt derelict with nobody around - I wondered my way to the desk and was approached by a kind gentle person who pointed me in the direction of physio. After wondering down some more dark and dingy corridors I eventually came across 2 people with no identification asking me what I am doing - sceptical that they wasn't in nurse uniforms I said I was looking for physio - they then rudely told me "no no I am physio you late so we no have time" I began to explain I have tried to contact you and they again rather rudely stopped me mid sentence and said that number don't work on Saturday and told me to leave. I am infuriated by the level of professionalism showed at this hospital and the lack of concern for your patients. If this is the level of service this hospital gives out then I will not be attending here again as its disgusting. I have had to travel from Cape hill today to be at this appointment - a journey that I can't afford to make for no reason due to being on the sick for 2months but am desperate to get help as I'm desperate to get back into work. And you wonder why the NHS gets slated so much in the press when individuals like this behave in a such a manner they reduce a patient to tears.
"disgusting"
