"ENT Ward D4"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

Day Staff Wednesday 3.6.2015. Admitted to ward 11.00hrs supposed to have IV antibiotics and Fluids 15.00hrs had to ask staff when this was going to be administered finally 15.30 had the antibiotics at18.00 asked about IV fluids they brought this in the room and said would be back in a minute 21.00hrs still not administered (what happened to the " protocol " put in place for these fluids) night shift apologies for this not happening as my obs were sky high, new antibiotics given after Dr was informed. Then one nurse on Friday told me I will not get better as I was lazy through being in my bed the way they made me feel I left the ward and walked round the hospital only going back on there to receive my medication. I have never been so disgusted on the way nursing profession was administered on that ward.
