"First Visit to BTC City Hospital"

I cannot rate too highly my consultation in the Dermatology Department today. The doctor I saw took time to explain my condition and relevant options for treatment. I was encouraged to ask as many questions as I wished. The department leader was also called in to speak with me. One question led to another, including the consultant who would do the procedure and when? Again, I was offered the opportunity to speak with a consultant who advised in a most professional manner asking my thoughts and emphasising that my wishes would be respected. This was the best treatment I have ever received from the NHS or privately. My thanks to the Professionals for the care they showed.
