I was recently a patient on ward 18 following surgery. I have been on several wards on previous admissions but I have to say I have never had treatment like I did onward 18.The staff were polite and attentive, medication was given on time,there was always a nurse available on the ward round, my dressing was checked regularly. Once I was mobile I was helped to the toilet. Nothing appeared to be a bother no matter how busy they were. It was my best experience so far and I want to thank the staff for their kindness and dedication. If I was to name the exceptional ones it would be every member I came in to contact with,
