"A total waste of time"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

You wait wait wait and wait. Doctors and nurses seem to come for chats rather than seeing patients. First step is registration. Two counters were open and as soon as the receptionist saw us, they started chatting with another colleague about fashion and gossip. The nurse was ok but their desk looks like a coffee shop. It is been three house that we are waiting. Even though I explained to the nurse that my wife is 11 weeks pregnant and bleeding, but no one called her. Other patients are also waiting for very long time and the doctors seems to in slow motion today. I would suggest to change its name to "slow motion real time experience" Shame on you all. It not only about job or salary you get, it is people's life you are dealing with.
