What I liked

The staff throughout the hospital are extremely helpful including admissions,appointments,accomodation etc.

Our boy is in every 4 months or so and to date we cannot fault his care.The staff on the adolescent unit are excellent and a great support to parents as well as their patients.

What could be improved

Some of the bedspaces on the adolescent unit are very cramped.For longer stays its a bit awkward not having any elbow room.

Anything else?

I really like the setting of Stanmore its very peaceful.The grounds are lovely.The accom block is well kept and an immense help to us personally as I'm sure it is to other patients relatives.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent experience of the hospital. It is gratifying to hear about the positive comments about the quality of care provided by our staff. In respect of bed space, we aim to ensure that our patients and their families have sufficient space in the ward environment but acknowledge that this can be difficult to achieve in a defined area.
