What could be improved
They could improve on the quality of their medical equipements. This is because, several times, the doctors and nurses in Hillingdon have reported to the patient that there is nothign wrong with them, when in fact they are afflicted by an illness (which could lead them to their grave)!
Anything else?
They could improve on getting faster service and more medical professions.
