Dear Cobra,

Thank you for your recent posting regarding your occupational therapy treatment for your osteoarthritis. This will help other people who have similar problems, but may be anxious about being referred to the service.

I'm delighted that Kim actively listened to you, and was able to help you to understand more about your condition, and how it was impacting on your ability to cope with every day tasks. It is good to hear that you now feel more confident and that you are have less pain, and I would encourage you to keep trying out the new techniques and instructions that Kim provided.

I will ensure that Kim is advised about your positive feedback.

Best Wishes

Janice
