"From the minute I was taken into ..."

What I liked

From the minute I was taken into A&E I was treated with the utmost care. I was kept in and unfortunately my stay was longer than anticipated (3wks and 3days), but at the end I am ok. the consultant in surgical and his team were wonderful to me , they kept me informed all the time what they were doing, and reassured me all will be fine. The staff in Ocean B were great and made my stay a lit bit happier with there smiling faces daily.they are a credit to the profession. but at the end I am well and a BIG THANK YOU to all in Queens

What could be improved

The only downfall is the cleaning staff have no idea how to clean and where is the lovely smell of disinfectant?, I think they need training ( I will show them if need be ). and the food about 3 out of 10
