Clean & bright. Staff are usually very helpful
Anything else?
At the end of visiting the lift lobbies can get very crowded, as do the lifts, which can result in a very long wait to exit the building. Yet it's not possible to use the stairs (especially for someone who, like me, suffers from Claustrophobia) as the access doors are always locked - why?
