"I was admitted via A & E from ..."

What I liked

I was admitted via A & E from my doctors as an urgent referral.The treatment i had in A & E and subsiquently on Ocean B ward was superb, the ward its cleanliness the staff and food really good.I was very impressed. My only problem was the out patient set up.

What could be improved

Out patient appointments from being told to get a repeat ultrasound scan by the consultant surgeon in 1 week to having it cancelled and given a date 3 months later

Anything else?

Have contacted PALS three times still no resolution seems only way to get anyware is to go to A & E again and start over again unless you can help.
