What I liked
Paul had a fit and didn't recover too well. His medication had been changed to MIDAZOLAM and, for the first dose needed an ambulance to be in attendance. The ambulance controller was polite, efficient and competant the ambulance arrived almost before I stopped talking with him; and then there were two. Both crews, boys and girls were brilliant. They were polite, respectful, efficient and competant.....all four of them. After a discussion Paul was taken to King George's. We were welcomed and treated extremely well by two or three nursing staff and two doctors. All of these members of staff were.....yes, you guessed it, polite, efficient, rspectful and competant. Usually, I'm the first to complain so when things go well, or even better, I feel I have a duty to say so. The service we received as a family was excellent in every way. Nice one chaps..........and gals!
What could be improved
You might have left me something to complain about!
