"Family concensus about care of our parent"

We are three families who have visited regularly for the last three weeks. We have been hugely reassured by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff we have met. Our initial trepidation was quickly replaced by gratitude for the expertise of the nursing staff. The ward is well run and we have felt welcome to visit at any time.

As a Trust we value patient and carer feedback about their experience of services so that we can continually monitor how we deliver and maintain services.
