"Exemplary treatment"

I saw the gynae clinic here, within one week of seeing my GP. I was anxious about what would happen, but was impressed throughout - everyone introduced themselves by name, the processes were clearly explained, the environment was pleasant and very clean, and most importantly of all, attention to my privacy/dignity/feelings was continuous. I found all the staff cheerful, polite, informative and attentive, and had all my tests/investigations completed in one day which I had not expected. I cannot rate this highly enough and as a nurse myself, felt the nursing staff particularly were a credit to their profession. If you have to attend this hospital's rapid-access gynae clinic, you will hopefully have your fears allayed, and I have never received such efficient and kind care. Many thanks.
