Nothing but problems since my son's treatment was transferred from Frenchay. Understaffed pre-op clinics meant we weren't seen at all one day, & had to return the following week. On that second visit, no-one had his paperwork. Surgery was cancelled once we were already in the clinic on account of the required prosthetic not having been manufactured yet, but the technician not having informed the surgeon of this. Catalogue of disasters.
