What I liked

I feel that the hospital deserves enormous praise. Their ENT department is outstanding. The staff on the Richmond Ward also deserve praise. My experience has been consistently excellent. It makes me very proud of the NHS to see such a tremendous hospital and clearly dedicated staff. More than once I heard of nursing staff turning up early for their shift. Some nurses I spoke to also described their work as a vocation. I think this is very impressive.

I am Head of a School and I often speak of the care I have received at the hospital to some of my parents. It is always interesting to hear that they have had exactly the same experience as me.
