We arrived by ambulance to this hospital. Once admitted we was given a bed in the corridor! And left for 2 hours waiting with nobody coming to see us or give us any information. There was no where for me to sit with my partner whilst he was on the stretcher I had to remain stood or perched on the edge of the stretcher. The staff we're really nice and friendly that did see us however, and due to the cafe been closed a member of staff did get me a coffee as the vending machine coffees were absolutely terrible tasting. Once we eventually was taken to a room there was no bed in the room just 2 chairs and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was needle lids and all sorts on the floor in the room. The "deep clean" sheet hadn't been filled out despite it been today's date it was due. After another hour we were eventually discharged
"Didn't think they'd be this bad!"
